Kingklip is a popular eating in the southern hemisphere. Like other whitefish, kingklip is low in fat, firm and has a delicate flavour. It has a slight pink colouration and covered in irregular brown blotches. Kingclip can grow to 1.5m in length. Popular festive fish in Spain.
