FIFCA to attend 2018 Seafood Expo

FIFCA attend 2018 Seafood Expo in Brussels

Members of FIFCA will be attending the 2018 Seafood Expo in Brussels and will be located in hall 9. In addition to Industry proffessionals, representatives from our shipping partner SAAS will be joining them as well as members of the Falkland Islands Legislative Assembly, on the invitation of the association. It was noted that this Expo would provide a fantastic opportunity for our newly elected MLA's to really get a good insight into the fishing industry and are delighted that MLA Barkman will be joining us at this event.

The Brussel seafood Expo is one of the biggest of its kind in the world and gives companies of the Falkland Islands the opportunity to really promote the Fisheries of the Falklands on a global stage.

FIFCA Executive Secretary, James Bates said that this is his first event and is very much looking forward to the event and wants to welcome everyone to the FIFCA stand
